HIGH PERFORMANCE CAMP
AREAS OF FOCUS
• Speed and agility:
Athletes will elevate their game through elite-level speed and agility training. For those new to this type of training, we’ll tailor the program to meet them where they are.
• Conditioning:
This year, we’re placing a stronger emphasis on conditioning, incorporating a variety of popular college-level fitness tests. This helps athletes improve performance before heading back to campus or preparing for summer playoffs.
• Strength/Work Capacity:
Our strength training is designed to build explosive power, strength and on-field stability. We prioritize proper technique and ensure every lift has purpose and direct transfer to the field.
• Injury Reduction & Recovery:
Our program specifically addresses common soccer- related injuries (knees, groin/hip flexors, ankles, etc.), while also emphasizing effective recovery strategies. If an athlete has a game within 48 hours, we’ll adjust training
accordingly.
This camp is built for collegiate athletes and high-performing high school players. Over the years, we’ve seen our most dedicated high school athletes consistently compete at the level of college players — so this year, we’re combining them to create the most
competitive environment yet!
Our soccer-specific program is designed to boost stamina, sprint mechanics, agility, mental resilience, and reduce injury risk. The camp will be led by our Head of Performance,
Coach Justin Pinckney
, who brings elite experience to the table. He’s worked with USMNT players, several USYNT athletes (men’s and women’s), the Texas Gatorade HS Soccer Player of the Year (female), and many more.
