HIGH SCHOOL SUMMER PERFORMANCE CAMP

AREAS OF FOCUS

 • Speed and agility: Athletes will take their game to the next level with high level speed and agility training. *If athletes are new to training we will accommodate them accordingly.
 • Strength/Work Capacity: Strength training geared towards producing more power, endurance and stability. We teach proper technique and make sure it translates to the field.
 • Reduced Risk of Injury and Recovery: Not only does this program tackle the common injuries seen in soccer (knees, groin/hip flexor, ankles, etc.), but there is also a big push toward recovery strategies. Athletes just need to simply communicate if they have a game within 48 hours and we can accommodate accordingly.

Our Speed, Strength, and Agility Summer Performance Camp is for athletes ages U15-U19. A soccer specific program designed to increase speed, sprint technique, agility, reduce risk of injury and participate in a mental training course. Head of Performance, Coach Pinckney, will be leading the program. Justin has trained multiple USMNT players, Texas Gatorade HS Soccer Player of the Year (female), several men and women USYNT players, plus many more.

COLLEGE TRAINING

AREAS OF FOCUS
• Increase speed & agility: 
Our focus is on the first acceleration, top end speed and being explosive in any position. We have the space to truly train max velocity and really work sprint mechanics
• Reduce risk of injury: Many programs will overload athletes over the breaks. We have our athletes return to school ready to dominate physically, feel refreshed and in shape.
• Enhance conditioning and strength: Increasing work capacity and strength are vital to find success in the college game and beyond.
• Real time sprint mechanic reviews: Athletes will be taught and learn strategies to improve their running mechanics so they can continue the focus at school on their own.

The College Training Program is for athletes currently playing at the collegiate level. The workouts will be led by former college speed, strength and conditioning coaches that know the demands these athletes face and what they need to succeed. We increase endurance for conditioning tests, speed, agility, and other aspects of performance, including mental health and nutritional information. With sessions offered every summer and winter break reserve your slot by emailing [email protected] early before they run out.
