Advanced Acceleration, Top End Speed and Agility
• Athletes will take their game to the next level with more advanced speed and agility training. *If athletes are new to training we will accommodate them accordingly.
Strength to Compete
• We will equip the athlete to compete physically at the next level. Strength that translates to the field will play a major part in that transition.
Reduced Risk of Injury and Recovery
• Not only does this program tackle the common injuries seen in soccer (knees, groin/hip flexor, ankles, etc.), but there is also a big push toward recovery strategies. The mileage is starting to add up on these athlete’s body so we must teach them ways to take care of themselves on and off the field.
