Justin Pinckney - Head of Performance Training

COACH JUSTIN

M.Ed, CSCS

Justin brings over 12 years of experience as a sports performance coach and has spent 4 years working as a physical rehabilitation specialist in the medical field. Over the past decade, Coach Pinckney has trained thousands of athletes across numerous sports including national team and collegiate players Kellyn Acosta, Reggie Cannon, Jacori Hayes, Thomas Roberts, Tanner Tessman, Diana Ordonez, Jayden Shaw, and Emma Dawson.

Both of Justin’s parents served 20+ years in the United States Air Force which took them on multiple assignments across the country even landing a stay overseas in Okinawa, Japan where Justin spent most of his childhood years. In college he played basketball at Abilene Christian University before transferring and finishing his career as a two year team captain at Dallas Baptist University After obtaining a B.S. in psychology with a minor in sociology, Justin attended graduate school at DBU earning his Master’s of Education in Kinesiology and serving as a graduate assistant for the basketball team.

Coach’s Pinckney’s hobbies include being a car enthusiast and cooking. He has a beautiful wife who is a teacher specializing in deaf education, and they reside in Frisco which has been home to Justin the past 7 years.

• Worked at the Nottingham Cup, England (July 2015)

Playing Experience:


• Played NCAA Division I soccer at Long Island University, 1997 NEC champion. Played in the NCAA tournament 1997

• Played/trained 6 months with America de Cali reserve pro team, Colombia. -Trained at Tahuichi International Soccer Academy of Bolivia during summer college months.

• International Tournaments Played: Copa Ciudad Pereira (Colombia) and Dallas Cup.
