AREAS OF FOCUS
Speed and agility:
• Athletes will take their game to the next level with high level speed and agility training. *If athletes are new to training we will accommodate them accordingly.
Strength/Work Capacity:
• Strength training geared towards producing more power, endurance and stability. We teach proper technique and make sure it translates to the field.
Reduced Risk of Injury and Recovery:
• Not only does this program tackle the common injuries seen in soccer (knees, groin/hip flexor, ankles, etc.), but there is also a big push toward recovery strategies. Athletes just need to simply communicate if they have a game within 48 hours and we can accommodate accordingly.
